When I was in my ācat eye wingā eyeliner phase, I tried so many eyeliners. From high end to drug store. This is the absolute best one. Doesnāt smudge. Will last all night or day. And it also goes on thick. Applying is a breeze.
Iād give it 5 stars if I was able to draw a good eyeliner š but it doesn't work with my eyes

This is my favorite eyeliner. I have super oily eyelids, and even with primer/setting spray/etc other eyeliners either disappear or give me raccoon eyes. This one stays exactly where I put it.
