When I was in my “cat eye wing” eyeliner phase, I tried so many eyeliners. From high end to drug store. This is the absolute best one. Doesn’t smudge. Will last all night or day. And it also goes on thick. Applying is a breeze.
I’d give it 5 stars if I was able to draw a good eyeliner 😂 but it doesn't work with my eyes
