I’ve been using this Maybelline Eye Make-up Remover since 2012, along with the Maybelline The Colossal Waterproof Mascara in Classic Black. It’s very effective, not too oily, and doesn’t irritate my eyes. However, after removing the mascara and cleansing my face, I often find more mascara comes off, leaving me with a panda-like appearance. probably the best drugstore option i can find for removing waterproof makeup. it can sting a bit which is a bit of a downside and you might need to rub it at times to completely remove stubborn mascara, but tbh for the price and convenience I haven't found much better.
