This product helped my acne massively (large blackhead prone pores + infected acne spots from using incompatible moisturizer)! Was prescribed by a dermatologist (that I did not have a good experience with) but was not informed that if this product is used by itself it can build resistance to certain bacterias. You must pair it with a product containing benzoyl peroxide, adapalene/ retinoid or trentoinin. Currently using Differin Adapalene gel with it (apply adapalene first) and am seeing great results. Take note though this product needs to be approached with caution as it is prescribed by doctor only and can be harsh/ irritating on skin.
