Be careful with this if you have really sensitive skin. My skin is very reactive and highly sensitive. I have acne prone skin and this irritated my skin really bad

The peroxide is going to break down the dead skin cells and any dried blood in your pores. It helps to kill the bacteria in them, which causes pimples and cysts.
