I only tried this over makeup, as touchup, after watching a TikTok video from a pro MUA. So, please take this review with a grain of salt. While it does help reduce oiliness, it can make the makeup appear cakey. And I don’t like the texture. This feels too silicone-y.

It's not as good as the gripping primers I used to use but my makeup looks good and stays well. But I also heavily use setting spray between every step in my routine sooo
