Ingredients Explained

These ingredients are found in both products.

Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.

Emollient, Emulsifying

Peg-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate comes from Isostearic Acid and glycerin.

It is an emollient, emulsifier, and gentle cleanser. As an emollient, it helps trap moisture to keep skin soft and hydrated. Emulsifiers help prevent ingredients from separating.

This ingredient is common in oil-based products. This is because it helps oil-ingredients be easily washed away without leaving a residue.

Peg-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate may not be fungal-acne safe.

This is a great cleanser for any skin type. Despite SkinSort declaring it oil free, it does contain synthetic oils. So it is suitable to remove the make up.
However, even though it’s gentle, it’s also very watery and it does not remove 100% waterproof products. Even cleansing several times with it, you would most likely need an additional cleanser for eyes (that usually irritate my eyes though) Show more

LOVE LOVE LOVE
My sensitive, acne prone skin loves this product - 2 pumps into hands and massage into dry face and anywhere else that spf was applied to that morning. Leaves skin feeling soft, rinses off easily without leaving residue, NO irritation. Used it every night for 3 months now, and I have a quarter of the bottle left still, so don't be put off by the slightly higher price!
