I was told to use this twice a day by my doctor. After using Adapalene for ages which destroyed my skin barrier I was worried this would ruin my skin more. So far its been great, I have had no damaged or irritated skin (except for some slight tingling on application), it's reduced the redness of my inflammatory acne and seems to reduce the oiliness of my skin.

I’m honestly kinda mad my dermatologist recommended me this knowing i have acne prone and sensitive skin this stuff made me break out 4 TIMES a DAY please don’t be fooled by the other reviews this is so BAD it also made my skin incredibly dry which is probably because of the alcohol😐

Rating this product a 3/5 bcs its irritating in my skin idk bcs im a first time user of this product my skin always itchy when im using it i only use 2 drops (first timer) but i will continue using it bcs its very effective but the side affects are just irritating in my skin
