Using it in of all my day routines
This is a permanent component of all my day routines which hydrates, soothes and calms irritated skin and also has great long-term benefits. It is rich in Selenium, a powerful antioxidant that reduces inflammation and improves elasticity. I generally use it during the day because Selenium also provides triple benefits to the complexion, protecting against UV damage, inflammation, and hyperpigmentation. I spray it on my face to dampen skin, then apply products with Hyaluronic Acid.
