This product does moisturize the lips, but I dislike the packaging. I avoid applying too much because it's overly emollient and can feel gooey.

i use this EVERYWHERE including my face when it gets too dry. just apply a thin coat on top of your moisturizer and wake up with the smoothest skin
be careful this is NOT a moisturizer it does not hydrate.
use it to lock in moisture
