I used the Duac Gel for years until my pharmacy ran out of stock and replaced it with the InfectoPharm Clienzo Gel, which contains the same ingredients: Clindamycin 10mg/g and Benzoyl Peroxide 50mg/g. Very strong cream, but it’s medication in the end.
I started using it after intense respiratory infection that wreaked my immune system, and i got large, painful cystic acne.
I apply it at night, after face wash, leave it for 20-30 minutes and then follow up with hydration tonic and moisturizer. It’s important to use sunscreen every day when using it.

I get this overseas since it’s OTC there 👀 This is a holy grail product for me. This gently exfoliates while reducing redness, acne, and PIH. You won’t see results overnight, it took me 3 months to notice a change in hyperpigmentation. It definitely stops new marks from forming too. I started using this in combination with tazortene and it’s been a GAME CHANGER.
