I'm so sad this didn't work out for me, as the ingredients seemed really good and noncomedogenic. Unfortunately it seemed to cause some sort of reaction, my skin felt tingly, greasy, and clogged. I had quite a few new breakouts from this, but I'm not sure what I reacted to. It’s possible that I reacted to all the different extracts. I’ve been using this COSRX Toner for the past two months, and while it’s currently the only hydrating toner that works for me, I’m not 100% satisfied.

If you have oily skin this is a great toner. It didn't feel moisturizing enough for me, so I just use it on summer days. I won't be repurchasing but just for that exact reason, otherwise it's a great product.
Absorbs somewhat quickly into the skin, leaving a refreshing sensation. Has no smell.
