It works for me only if I already healthy skin barrier. But seems like the concentration of butylene glycol is to high for sensitive skin barrier. In that case it doesn’t do the job 100% properly. It only good for mild common rednesses but I do not suggest to use it with actives. I flushed red right after application (day after retinol) so it can be only the toner. I wanted to love this as it scored a 94 for me. My rosacea, dry and sensitive skin didn’t have any reactions but it was not hydrating enough for my dry skin. It also gave my skin an oily film, hard to explain but it seem to sit on the surface and make a barrier so my skin would sweat.
