Ingredients Explained
These ingredients are found in both products.
Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.
Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.
So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.
You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!

It works for me only if I already healthy skin barrier. But seems like the concentration of butylene glycol is to high for sensitive skin barrier. In that case it doesn’t do the job 100% properly. It only good for mild common rednesses but I do not suggest to use it with actives. I flushed red right after application (day after retinol) so it can be only the toner. Will not rebuy and do not Show more
I love it. It's simple, hydrating, helps reduce my redness, just what I need.

I'm not a toner person, but if I am going to use one, I need it to give hydration and oil control.
Comparing this with Isntree Green Tea Fresh Toner and Beauty of Joseon Ginseng Essence Water:
Hydration: BOJ > B.lab > Isntree
Oil control: Isntree > B.lab > BOJ
Feeling neutral about this one.
WRP/WNRP: WNRP
incredibly hydrating, hydration lasts all day
sits really well under makeup, leaves slight tackiness after application so makeup sticks well
doesn't leave a lasting glowy finish, so it's good for oily skin since it won't make u look greasy, and provides slight oil control
very gentle and won't cause any purging or breakouts
i especially love it because i use tretinoin every night, so Show more
