I got a mini to make sure my skin liked it as bifida is an ingredient I hadn’t tried yet. I have dry, sensitive skin and am acne prone with hormonal/inflammatory acne and I believe I’ve noticed a difference in my barrier within a week of using this product. This is some pretty amazing stuff, it's what makes my skin glow! Bifida is great for the skin barrier and pumpkin fruit ferment filtrate has exfoliation properties. It also has peptides and niacinamide. Basically te entire INCI is amazing and it's also FA safe. The other version - Bifida BIOME Complex Ampoule - is *not* FA safe but it's very easy to get them mixed up because they look identical. Show more
