Ingredients Explained

These ingredients are found in both products.

Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.

Skin Conditioning, Solvent

Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.

So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.

You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!

How this broke me out? I truly don’t know. I’m almost too embarrassed to admit it, but I know others have gotten cystic acne from this so I want to share my experience in case someone is questioning if it’s just them.

I also tried La Roche Posay's thermal spring water but this one is clearly superior. It actually calms and soothes irritated and inflamed skin.

During a time where everything seems to irritate or aggravate my skin. This did not irritate me at all. It’s was hydrating but honestly besides that I don’t think it did much for me. For the price and not really seeing a dramatic difference, I personally would not buy it again. It is worth a try if it’s in your budget.
