Garnier, why is literally the second ingredient acne causing... why? It's micellar water, how did you mess this up?

As a makeup remover it does it's job and it is cheep too but that's about it.
The instructions say that after using it you don't have to rinse it off but it leaves this weird sticky but dry feeling to your skin after usage.
I also clense after I use micellar water so I end up rinsing off the vitamin C. So what is the point off getting sth fancy when normal micellar water works just as fine without leaving your skin feeling as weird and kinda acidic as this does.
Overall if you want just a makeup remover and this is the cheepest you find, it is not the worst pick but if you are getting this product for any other reason, don't bother.
