This product was annoyingly watery, in my opinion, and I'm not sure how much it was really soothing my skin, even when applying many layers.

I have been using this toner for about 1.5 years it works really great with my sensitive skin (I have Keratosis Polaris/Eczema) it doesn’t irritate my skin at all.

When I tell you I can immediately feel my skin getting softer when I apply this toner, I'm not exaggerating. It does so without having to be a thick glycerine-like consistency. I started using a liquid atomizer/mister to help it apply more evenly and last longer. It's such a crucial first step for me after washing my face to make sure my hydration routine works even better.
