Ingredients Explained

These ingredients are found in both products.

Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.

Skin Conditioning, Solvent

Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.

So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.

You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!

Plain and straightforward hydrating toner. Thankful that I didn't get any irritation from witch hazel. Does the job just fine.

I have a combination skin type (oily t-zone, normal for the rest).

I didn't see any effect while using this nor did I get any irritation or stinging feeling from it. It has a light scent. It does remove leftover dirt the cleanser failed to wash off.

In short, it's a no frills type of toner that has no hydrating effect and no actives to worry about but effective in taking off excess dirt and Show more
