It does a good job with makeup and sunscreen, however it struggles a little bit when removing waterproof mascara. But despite not fully removing it, if you let it sit for a minute it will loosen it up enough for the water-based cleanser to finish the job. I know you're not supposed to rinse a micellar water, but I've always felt better doing a second cleanse afterwards. I also like to let it rest Show more

This broke me out and it took me forever to believe because I was under the impression micellar water was the move for acne prone girlies. It’s also a fairly simple ingredients list but beware of the disodium cocoamphodiacetate in this! Even if it says it doesn’t need washing off: please, wash it off! I know it’s tempting to leave it on during lazy days, but don’t.
