Keeping our information accurate and up-to-date is important, and your feedback helps us make that happen. SkinSort has the most up-to-date product database in the world.

How to get in touch

On the SkinSort website

Look for the floating Feedback button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Click it, and let us know what needs updating. It’s a quick and easy way to send us your suggestions!

In the app

Users can report errors on a product by following these steps:

1. Go to the product page.
2. Tap “Report an issue” button below the Ingredients List.
3. Enter their message or select what needs to be updated.
4. Enter their email address on the “How can we reach you?” field.
5. Tap Send Feedback.
