How to log your routine

Logging your routine regularly helps you understand your skin better and see what works over time. Whether you track daily or occasionally, keeping a record makes it easier to stay consistent and make informed decisions for your skin.

Here are the steps to log your routine:

On the SkinSort Website and App
1. On the home page, choose how your skin is feeling by selecting one of the icons: bad, meh, okay, good, or great.
2. Adjust the slider for each skin concern to reflect how your skin feels that day.
3. Optionally, add photos to your routine log by clicking Add photos at the top of the routine logger.
4. Select the products you used.
5. Choose any lifestyle factors that apply, such as feeling stressed, poor sleep, alcohol intake, traveling, high UV exposure, or feeling sick.
6. Add notes. This section is optional and can include anything you want to remember about your skin that day.
7. Choose visibility:
Only me to keep your log private
Everyone to make your log public
8. Save your log:
On the website, click Save.
On the app, tap the ✓ checkmark icon on the top right.

If you have multiple routines in your diary entry, you can also log them by selecting the products you used under each routine.

Other Ways to Log Your Routine

If you forgot to log on a past date, tap See your progress, select the date you missed, and add your routine log from there.

Your routine log syncs automatically across the SkinSort website and app, giving you easy access to your data.
