How to Archive Routines
Last updated 3 months ago
Your routine can change over time as your skin’s needs and concerns evolve. To help you stay organized, SkinSort allows you to archive routines you no longer use.
Archiving a routine means storing it away so it no longer appears in your main view. Archiving helps prevent accidental data loss while keeping your routine page clutter-free.
How to Archive a Routine
On the SkinSort Web
- Go to your Routine page by: a) clicking Routine in the nav bar b) clicking My Routine on the home page, or c) clicking profile icon (top right) → Show Profile → [Your Name]’s Routine
- Click Switch Routine and select the routine you want to archive
- Click Switch Routine again
- Scroll down and click Archive
- Click OK to confirm
On the SkinSort app
- Go to your Routine page by: Tapping Routine on the tab bar or tapping My Routine on the home page
- Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right corner
- Select the routine you want to archive
- Tap the three dots (•••) again
- Tap Archive
- Tap OK to confirm
What Happens When You Archive a Routine
Archiving removes the routine from your active view, but does not delete any data.
All past logs and diary entries are preserved and can still be accessed.
How to Restore an Archived Routine
You can unarchive a routine anytime.
On the SkinSort Web
- Go to your Routine page
- Click My Routines (top left), or click Switch Routine, then All Routines
- Click Archived
- Select the routine and click Restore.
On the SkinSort App
- Go to your Routine page
- Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right corner
- Tap All Routines
- Tap Archived
- Select the routine and tap Restore
Key Things to Remember
Archiving a routine does not delete any of your logs, notes, or history. Everything you’ve tracked remains saved.
This feature is designed to give you more control over your routines while keeping your data safe, so you never have to worry about losing past progress by accident.
