How to Delete Routines

When a routine no longer works for you, you may delete it from your Routine page. Deleting unused routines can help keep your products and routines organized.

Please note that once a routine is deleted, all products, steps, notes, and progress associated with it will be permanently removed. All diary entries and logs associated with the routine will also be deleted.

SkinSort cannot recover deleted routines or restore any deleted data, so please proceed with caution.

How to delete a routine:

Before you can delete a routine on SkinSort, you must archive it first.

On the SkinSort Web

Go to your Routine page either by:
1. Clicking Routine in the nav bar
2. Clicking My Routine on the home page
3. Clicking your profile icon (top right) → Show Profile → [Your Name]’s Routine

To archive the routine:
1. Click Switch Routine and select the routine you want to archive.
2. Click Switch Routine again.
3. Scroll down and click Archive.
4. Click OK to confirm.

To delete the routine:
1. Click Switch Routine, then click All Routines.
2. Click Archived.
3. Select the routine you would like to delete and click Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion by clicking Permanently Delete Routine.

On the SkinSort App

Go to your Routine page by:
1. Tapping Routine on the tab bar
2. Tapping My Routine on the home page

To archive the routine:
1. Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right corner.
2. Select the routine you want to archive.
3. Tap the three dots (•••) again.
4. Tap Archive.
5. Tap OK to confirm.

To delete the routine:
1. Tap the three dots (•••) in the top right corner, then tap All Routines.
2. Tap Archived.
3. Select the routine you would like to delete, then tap Delete.
4. Confirm the deletion by tapping Permanently Delete Routine.

Tip before deleting

If you are unsure whether you will need the routine later, consider archiving the routine instead. Archived routines can be unarchived at any time, and all associated data will remain saved in our system.
