How to Contact SkinSort Support

At SkinSort, your satisfaction matters to us. Whether you have a question, notice an issue, or want to share feedback, our Support team is always happy to help.

Here’s how you can contact SkinSort Support:

On the SkinSort Website:

Using your profile

  1. Hover over your profile icon at the top right corner of the nav bar.
  2. Click Support, then scroll down and select Contact Support.
  3. Fill out the form with your message and the email address where we can reach you.
  4. Tap Send Feedback.
  5. Alternatively, you can also click the Feedback button at the bottom right corner of any page to send us a message directly.

On a product page

  1. When visiting a product page, scroll down to the ingredients list. Under the bottom right corner, click Suggest Edit.
  2. Fill out the form with your message and the email address where we can reach you.

On the SkinSort App:

  1. Go to My Profile.
  2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner to open Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap Contact Us.
  4. Write your message, include your email address, and tap Send Feedback.

Via Email:

You can also message us directly by sending an email to [email protected].

For faster assistance, kindly include all relevant information, such as:
* Your device type or browser (if you’re reporting a bug)
* The email linked to your Premium account (for refund or billing concerns)
* Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant

Our Support team does its best to reply as quickly as possible. Please note that we’re offline on weekends, so replies may take a little longer during that time.

To ensure a smooth process, kindly avoid sending duplicate messages about the same concern. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
