SkinSort Shelves

Shelves make it easy to organize your skincare journey on SkinSort. Whether you’re tracking products you own, love, or plan to try next, shelves help you keep everything in one place.

Every account starts with four pre-made shelves: Owned, Liked, Disliked, and Wishlist.

Pre-made shelves

The Owned shelf is for products that you currently have or use in your routine, while Wishlist is for products that you wish to try out or buy in the future.

Liked and disliked shelves allow you to organize products you’ve tried. Products you enjoyed or would recommend can be added to the Liked shelf, while products that didn’t work well for you may be added to the Disliked shelf.

You may also see additional shelves as you use SkinSort such as the Reviewed Products, Submitted Products, and Comparisons shelves.

If you left a review for a particular product, the product is added to your Reviewed Products shelf. Products you submitted and approved by the SkinSort team are added to the Submitted Products shelf. While products you’ve previously compared using SkinSort’s product comparison tool are automatically added to the Comparisons shelf.

How to access the pre-made shelves

On the SkinSort website:
1. Click Shelves on the nav bar.
2. You’ll see your pre-made shelves here.

On the SkinSort app:
1. Tap Shelves on the tab bar.
2. Scroll through the pre-made shelves.

How to add products to the pre-made shelves.

On the SkinSort website:
1. Click any product you’d like to add.
2. Click the Save button.
3. Select the shelves you’d like to add it to.
4. Click Save.

On the SkinSort app:
1. Tap any product you’d like to add.
2. Tap the bookmark button on the top right.
3. Select the shelves you’d like to add it to.
4. Tap Save.

Custom shelves
Since every user has a unique skincare journey, SkinSort lets you create custom shelves that fit your personal needs.

You can create your own custom shelves, such as a travel skincare shelf, empty and repurchase list, current faves, and anything else you can think of.

You can also browse through other users’ profiles for shelf ideas and inspiration.

How to create custom shelves

On the SkinSort website:
Click Shelves on the nav bar.
Click the New Shelf button on the right side.
Edit the shelf’s name and add a description.

On the SkinSort app:
Tap Shelves on the tab bar.
Click the + button at the top right corner.
Edit the shelf’s name and add a description.
