Ingredients Explained

These ingredients are found in both products.

Ingredients higher up in an ingredient list are typically present in a larger amount.

Skin Conditioning, Solvent

Water. It's the most common cosmetic ingredient of all. You'll usually see it at the top of ingredient lists, meaning that it makes up the largest part of the product.

So why is it so popular? Water most often acts as a solvent - this means that it helps dissolve other ingredients into the formulation.

You'll also recognize water as that liquid we all need to stay alive. If you see this, drink a glass of water. Stay hydrated!

It's like bottled tap water lol, it doesn't calm or soothe irritated and inflamed skin. I recommend Avène's thermal spring water instead, which is far superior than this one.

It’s just water but I was tired to exchange my spray water bottle every few days.
The spray is very fine and easy to control, especially for those who use it before hydrating products.
Avene water is interesting but I was traumatized with their products once and don’t trust their nitron water mix 😂

Hypochlorous Acid is a HOLY GRAIL ingredient!
This spray has helped treat both my acne and eczema! The antimicrobial properties of hypochlorous acid are amazing!
There are several different hypochlorous acid sprays on the market (many of which are quite similar) so I personally don’t think you could really go wrong with any of them, however here are a few reasons why this Base Laboratories spray Show more

This is my first Hypocholous Acid product, so I'm not sure if my opinion is based in that particular ingredient or the product as a whole, but I have to admit it has worked wonders on my skin.

I've been using Azelaic Acid products for my rosacea and my acne for a very long time, and honestly, this works even better when it comes to reducing my redness: Results show almost immediately after the Show more
