(Using Since 2021) Despite having Parfum listed as an ingredient, this is actually one of the few toners that my skin doesn't react negatively to. I also feel that compared to most toners, it's budget friendly for the amount that it provides. It acts as a nice additional cleansing and hydrating step for me as well.

Truly the best toner I've used. No irritation, stinging, drying out or fragrance. It's a bit more expensive than the Dickinson's toner that I used prior, but I think it's worth it as it contains more ideal ingredients for my skin type.
