How to update your payment method

Updating your payment method is easy but the steps to do so depend on where you bought your SkinSort subscription.

Subscriptions purchased via SkinSort.com:

• Log in to your account at skinsort.com/login
• Visit your Account Settings
• Click 'Subscription' in the right sidebar under 'Settings'
• Follow the on-page instructions to access the biling portal and update your payment method.

Subscriptions purchased via the iPhone app:

• Open your iPhone's settings
• Tap your Apple ID name at the top
• Tap 'Payment & Shipping'
• On this page, you can add a new payment method or remove an existing one

Subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store (Android app):

• Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
• Tap your profile icon in the top right corner
• Tap 'Payments & subscriptions'
• Tap 'Payment methods'
• From here, you can add a new payment method, edit an existing one, or remove one you no longer want to use
