Updating your renewal settings is straightforward, but the steps to disable auto-renewal depend on the platform you used to purchase your SkinSort subscription.
NOTE: Disabling auto-renewal will allow you to retain access to your SkinSort subscription until the end of your current billing period.
Subscriptions purchased via SkinSort.com:
- Log in to your account at skinsort.com/login
- Visit your Account Settings
- Click 'Subscription' in the right sidebar under 'Account Settings'
- Follow the on-page instructions to access the biling portal and cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions purchased via the iPhone app:
- Open your iPhone's settings
- Tap 'Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases'
- Tap 'Subscriptions'
- Select SkinSort
- Scroll down and select 'Cancel subscription'
- Tap 'Confirm' to finalize the cancellation*
*If you see only the option to resubscribe, your auto-renewal is already disabled. For additional help, contact Apple's support team here.
