Disable auto-renew

Updating your renewal settings is easy but the steps to turn off auto-renewal depend on where you bought your SkinSort subscription.

Note: Turning off auto-renewal means your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing period.

Subscriptions purchased via SkinSort.com:

  1. Log in to your account at skinsort.com/login
  2. Visit your Account Settings
  3. Click 'Subscription' in the right sidebar under 'Settings'
  4. Follow the on-page instructions to access the biling portal and cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions purchased via the iPhone app:

  1. Open your iPhone's settings
  2. Tap 'Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases'
  3. Tap 'Subscriptions'
  4. Select SkinSort
  5. Scroll down and select 'Cancel subscription'
  6. Tap 'Confirm' to finalize the cancellation*

*If you see only the option to resubscribe, your auto-renewal is already disabled. For additional help, contact Apple's support team here.

A quick note on refunds:

If you subscribed through the App Store, your payment was processed by Apple and not SkinSort. As a result, all billing and refund requests for App Store subscriptions must be handled directly by Apple.
