If you purchased Premium within the last 30 days on the SkinSort website, you can request a refund. Please email our customer support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include the reason for your refund request.
SkinSort Premium Subscription Purchased via Apple App Store:
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, all payments and refunds are handled by Apple. SkinSort cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, please contact Apple directly here.
