If you purchased Premium within the last 30 days on the SkinSort website, you can request a refund. Please email our customer support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include the reason for your refund request.

SkinSort Premium Subscription Purchased via Apple App Store:

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, SkinSort does not have control over the refund process. You will need to request a refund directly from Apple. You can do so by clicking here.
