Does Deleting My Account Cancel My Free Trial?

If your account is currently on a free trial, deleting it will have different effects depending on whether the trial was activated via the SkinSort website or the Apple App Store.

If the free trial was activated via the SkinSort website:

Deleting your account will automatically cancel your free trial, and you will not be charged when it ends.

If the free trial was activated via Apple:

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

To avoid being charged, you will need to manually cancel your free trial through your Apple account settings or through this link.

Not sure where you started your trial?

If you signed up through the App Store, the subscription will appear under your Apple ID’s Subscriptions.
