TL;DR: Works well, thin and discreet. Fairly expensive.

I love these patches, moreso than the original. I've found prior patches, while they work well, a bit bulky; and thin ones not doing much at all. This one meets a really nice middle ground with thin edges and a thicker hydrocolloid center.
