FA-Safe Products (no niacinamide + no vit c + no retinols + no acidss)

I'm trying to find products that won't fade my freckles (I avoid retinol, niacinamide, Vit C, Vit E, AHAs, BHAs, PHAs...) and that are compatible with my sudden fungal acne/Malassezia.
