I'm only just getting more into haircare science, and while I do own a good deal of hair products, I'm just now starting to build a consistent and better-researched routine. Some of the products are stuff that I am just trying to use up and don't necessarily think suit my hair type and needs.
I've got fine, wavy, never-dyed hair that's prone to frizz and easily damaged by heat styling. Upper-back length with limp roots and somewhat dry and damaged ends. My priorities are preventing and repairing damage, managing frizz, adding volume to roots and managing dry scalp.
Currently washing my hair 4 times a week (would prefer less but I run 4 days a week and there's no saving my hair after a run). I blowdry after most washes, other heat styling is minimal (maybe a couple times per month).
