Yes, I'm (30s) slightly obsessed with skincare. I enjoy it as part of my selfcare regimen and of course because of the fantastic results. However, it took years of try and error to figure out what works for me and what doesn't. Psoreasis and Couperose (Rosacea) didn't make the journey easier. And still don't...

Yet, there is so much lovely skincare to discover! I like trying out new brands and products, but only one new at a time to avoid disrupting my current skin condition. Happy I achieved something that varies between Mochi, Honey and Glass Skin. (Which also depends on my physical and mental well-being, sleep, nutrition, stress and hormonal cycles.)

Avoiding: cotton/bamboo/textile pads, face wipes, face brushes, microplastics, and some questionable ingredients 🧐

Love: 🇰🇷 K-Beauty, 🎭 situational skincare, ⚖️ biocompatibility, 🔄 advanced skin cycling, 🪸 algae and plankton, 🪆 7 skin method, 🏺face oils for my dry skin

While I prefer products without silicones, I do use some that contain them, particularly sunscreens, moisturizers and makeup.

Ratings: I am rating products for what they aim or claim to do and not for what I wish them to do. 1-2 stars:👎; 3 stars: mediocre; 4-5 stars:👍.

Everyone's skincare journey is a personal experience - what works for me, might not work for you, and the other way around.

Its spring! Warmer temperatures, less drying air from heating inside, and no more frost - time to adjust routines. Advanced Skin Cycling day 1 'Exfoliation'. Regimen for super smooth, clear, plump, bouncy and firm skin with a radiant glow ⭐️ Maintains a healthy skin barrier.

This is an extensive routine, started small and built-up over time. Can be done with classic layering and skin flooding (exept with T.LC. Sukari Babyfacial). Some steps are optional, some are to rotate - depending on skins current needs. Not using any sort of wipes, pads, or facebrushes.

This routine has had positive effects on my Psoreasis. It has many soothing and calming goodies. Careful with T.L.C Babyfacial, may worsen Rosacea when leaving on for to long. All products work great together, no pilling, no irritations or other issues
