This month was a lot of trial and error, honestly.

I had to stop using the COSRX galactomyces essence even though I wanted to like it. It just felt weird on my skin, kind of like it was sitting on top, and I’m starting to realize that if something doesn’t feel right, it’s probably not for me.

The Bioré UV Essence surprised me though. It’s actually moisturizing enough on its own, so I don’t even feel like I need a moisturizer during the day. Especially with my skin type, it just makes everything simpler. I do think I would’ve preferred the UV gel version, but I still have no idea what the Japanese label says 😅

My favorite product this month was definitely the SKIN1004 retinol 0.2 ampoule, it feels like a time reverse serum. I’ve never really seen anti aging results on my skin before, but this one actually made a difference.

Overall I’m just learning to not force products, keep things lighter, and trust what my skin is telling me 😅
