Artemisia Montana Leaf Powder is the finely milled whole leaf of the mountain mugwort.
In a formula, it does two jobs:
- Because it's a solid particulate, it can exfoliate/buff away dead surface skin
- It can act as a skin conditioning agent since the milled leaf carries the plant's flavonoids (bringing soothing and antioxidant benefits)
One honest caveat: most of the published research is on the common mugwort extract rather than this powder form.
