FIRST REVIEW: I am dissapointed. This broke me out constantly it gave me cc's. I have sensitive combo skin. UPDATE: it wasn't the toner that gave me cc's. The toner does soothe my skin but I have to put on a LOT on my skin before it gets soaked into my skin. It's a good toner but too expensive and not that much improvement for me.
