i strive towards a simple, minimalistic routine — i have very sensitive, reactive skin and atopic dermatitis, moreover since i started T, i’ve been dealing with closed comedones, enlarged pores, whiteheads/blackheads and occasional pimples, so that’s what i’m focusing on atm

loved ingredients: centella in all forms, panthenol, squalane, niacinamide, zinc, ectoin, kaolin, ceramides, rice, allantoin

seem to be okay: jojoba oil, sunflower oil, salicylic acid

absolutely hated ingredients: shea butter, dimethicone, silicones in general unless at the end of ingredients list, coconut oil, parfum, ESSENTIAL OILS, too many plant extracts (my skin is usually okay if there’s 1-4), aloe vera in all forms, rose in all forms, SLS/SLES, vitamin C in all forms, hyaluronic acid if it’s the main ingredient in serum (always breaks me out, but okay if it’s in a moisturizer or serves as an addition to a serum), Octocrylene (spf), Homosalate (spf), Ethylhexyl salicylate (spf), Ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate/Octinoxate (spf), Butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane/Avobenzone (spf), palm oil, babassu oil, tamanu oil, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, cocoa butter

not sure about: olive oil, almond oil, canola oil, soybean oil, Propylene glycol, PHA acids, urea, avocado oil
