really nice cleanser when i don’t use cerave blemish control cleanser as it still contains niacinamide and also cica to help calm my skin in the evenings from the actives i use. the sodium chloride has been flagged but in my opinion you should be okay if you have a high water intake and use good moisturising products after, but definitely not for irritated or sensitive skin with active acne. it can end up making your acne painful or worse giving you new spots.
