I have SUPER sensitive skin with fungal and hormonal cystic acne. I only have now at 35 started to understand what works for my skin!
I cannot be on spironolactone or accutane because of other pre existing health conditions.
Spring is typically a breakout season for me and I do notice breakouts surrounding my prescribed medications. I am trying to track what works to get at least more manageable skin.
I also have alopecia but wear toppers/wigs to combat but might try topicals.
