Currently my skin is pretty clear after 2-3 years of consistent skincare. I have a morning and a night time skincare routine, each one after the morning cardio and the night time weightlifting. Morning routine is focused on killing bacteria with 4% benzoyl peroxide, deeply moisturizing after the stripping effects of BPO and protecting from sunlight with sunscreen. Night time routine consists of an every night gentle exfoliation with a three-night alternate treatment: deep leave-on exfoliation night, retinol night and a no-treat night, always ending up with a deep moisturizer. Apart from derma-products my diet is pretty healthy, consisting of a vitamin-rich low carb / high fat / moderate protein with 5-6 meals per day. Finally, sleep schedule is regular, based on 7-8 hours of deep sleep as tolerated by agenda and travel.
