Almost 40, and just started with skin care. I have always identified my skin type as Oily in the past, completely ignoring the almost half of each year when I actually have Combination Skin, and a few days of Dry Skin. Why? Primarily because I have Oily Skin most days, and for quite a while, it was really bad.
Skin care for me has been a start and stop game in my 20's and early 30's. I'd stop as soon as I notice that a skin concern gets aggravated, or experience irritation, which was very often the case.
I'm here to learn, and share (hopefully). :)

I've tried a 2% Niacinamide + Vit E serum, and it irritated my skin. My face was left with red patches, and my neck and nape were left raw for days and darkened after.
This one from Dermorepublic just feels nice on the skin. No sting!
