I am a mostly silicone-free skincare gal, as I realized that was contributing to my clogged pores. I have slightly sensitive skin and try to stay away from fragrance, but I am typically fine with actives such as BHAs/AHAs and retinols when not used more than 2-3x a week. I live in the Tampa Bay area so my climate is very hot, sunny, humid, moist, and full of allergens (i'm literally allergic to grass fml).

Used the CeraVe Foaming Cleanser Normal to Oily Skin for years and didn't think there was something better around this price tag like an idiot. I saw a bunch of good reviews and heard the hype around La Roche Posay but my god its so true. This changed my skin!! I used to get clogged pores all around my chin, nose, and forehead from being oily af. Turns out the CeraVe wasn't actually cleaning my pores, just the surface of my skin. This also made my skin so soft?? Baby smooth?? Was a little worried it'd be drying but it's literally gave me baby skin. Never changing cleansers ever again I want to be buried with this cleanser. I've been using this cleanser for about 6-7 months now and I've probably got another month or two in the bottle.
