Oily, acne-prone. I first bought the travel size ver. off of YesStyle to test— which I ended up really liking! Very soothing and helped calm my skin, especially when I was using Differin.

Unfortunately, I bought the regular size off of Amazon through the actual Anua company. I’m still kind of confused on what went wrong here. This smelled entirely different from the travel sample (oddly “grassy”). It wasn’t very soothing at all, in fact I think it made my skin hurt worse.

It seemed legit (the company was definitely the same, had all the same ingredients and labels), but of course there’s always the possibility it was a fake. On the other hand, I heard that it was reformulated around 2023 so that could’ve also been it.

Not sure if it’s really worth it to try and buy again from somewhere else since I know there’s other toners out there that could do better. Just kinda disappointed because I really liked it the first time :( oh well!
