For Tyler
Choose a cleanser (morning and night)and a moisturizer for a base. You can add a toner and serum if you'd like. The toners should be nourishing, not stripping. The Acne Exfoliating Toner is an exfoliant which, if you want to use, use at night after cleansing.
Ingredients to look for: salicylic acid (exfoliant), niacinamide, hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer, sodium hyaluronate, sodium acetylated hyaluronate, hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate), and retinol.
Tea tree (melaleuca) and green tea (centella) are also good for oil production.
Pro Oil Removing Foam Wash Cetaphil
Cleansers that say "foaming" tend to be better for oily skin.
Skin Balancing Clay Cleanser for Oily Skin Neutrogena
Clay is very good for absorbing oil.
Hydrating Toner CeraVe
Ceramides are always good, regardless of skin type. Oily skin still needs hydration.
Galactomyces 95 Tone Balancing Essence COSRX
Good for oily skin, but also hydrating with galactomyces ferment.
Centella Calming Gel Cream iUNIK
Centella (Tea Tree) is good for oil production and soothing the skin. Reviews say this isn't very hydrating but that may just be for dry skin people.
Tea Tree Cica Soothing cream Bring Green
Might be a bit more hydrating. Oily skin =/= hydrated skin.
Acne Exfoliating Toner Peach Slices
This is an exfoliant, can be irritating so be careful. (I haven't had an issue with it, though.) I own and use this.
Centella Unscented Serum PURITO
This just has genuinely good ingredients. I own and use this.
B5 Panthenol Re-Barrier Cream PURITO
Hydrating but not heavy. A gel-cream consistency with good ingredients.
I own and use this.
Tea Tree Relief Toner iUNIK
Not super hydrating but has calming and oil controlling ingredients.
