Toners

Ideal niacinamide concentration (5%), if only niacinamide were ideal. Lots of ferments.

Not unpleasant but largely pointless.

Minor oil control, but stains everything it touches. Not worth it.

Viscous (good!) and safe, pleasant to apply. Not hydrating, possibly even drying, as soon as it dries down.

Oily; did not sink in.

Surprisingly moisturising on its own. Slightly viscous, in a good way. Long-term TBD.
