lol I don’t have the DDG one but I have a facial steamer. Good for my vocals and opening pores. Boiling cloves for steam is also good for antibac, voice, and sleep.

Haven’t bought or tried. Allegedly good for eczema and dryness and anti-aging. Also apparently helps sleep. There are also spas that do red light saunas so I may try that and see.
