I tried to build a routine that encompasses all proven ingredients (like vitamin C , AHA/BHA, Tretinoin/Tazorac, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and ceramides) plus a few cutting-edge ingredients (like copper peptides and the VT Reedle Shot), while also incorporating a lot of hydration. Disclaimer: I am a caucasian male aged 35, so what works for me will not necessarily work for you, and you might have to tweak this regimen according to your skin type and needs. Also, please discuss using Tretinoin/Tazarotene with a medical professional prior to purchasing. This ingredient is not suitable for everyone. Those who are pregnant need to avoid this ingredient. When using Tazarotene or Tretinoin, you have to ease into this ingredient, so start off by using it once a week, then twice a week, etc. No need to use it more than 4 times a week.
